Fipin follows the standards and policies set forth by the International Fabricare Institute. We exercise utmost care in delivering high quality laundry service, tracking your items and delivering them back to you on schedule.
We will not be held responsible for any damage from the normal cleaning process, loss of buttons, ornaments or anything left in the pockets. Liability of loss and damages are limited to an amount not exceeding ten (10) times the charge for cleaning the specific item. All claims must be made within 24 hours after delivery, accompanied by your order details at email@example.com
Service hours and turnaround time vary based on location. We do our best reasonable effort to deliver your items back to you on schedule. However, we assume no responsibility for any damages that may occur due to a delay in service.
